The present-consultation concerns 2 types of missions:

- the administration of property, complete, of a set in full ownership: rental management and technical will be comprehensive and will concern both the private parts and the common parts, partial or total,

- the administration of housing property located in co-ownership housing projects: rental and technical management is not concernedra that the private parties, as well as the management of the relations with the trustee and the representation of the principal. It concerns types of property each of which is the subject of a different mandate: urban renewal in nine: new unconventional programs, whose delivery corresponds to the effective date of the mandate, carried out in neighborhoods dominated by social housing. / urban renewal in existent: urban renewal programs already in operation, for which the current management mandate is coming to an end. / Existing real estate development.

Rental and technical management of real estate complexes belonging to SCI subsidiaries of the association Fonciere Logement. This consultation concerns two types of missions:

- adproperty management, complete, of a fully owned property: the rental and technical management will be comprehensive and will concern both the private units and the common parts, partial or total,

- the administration of housing property located in condominium buildings: the rental and technical management will only concern the private units, as well as the management-relations with the trustee and the representation of the principal. It concerns types of property each of which is the subject of a different mandate: urban renewal in nine: new unconventional programs, whose delivery corresponds to the effective date of the mandate, carried out in neighborhoods dominated by social housing. / urban renewal in existing: urban renewal programs already in service, for which the current management mandate is coming to an end. / existing real estate development: conventional programs already in service for which the current management mandate is coming to an end.

The manager will be the agent of the SCI owners; he must manage the real estate complex in the name and on behalf of the principal, in accordance with the provisions of the law known as the law of 2.1.1970, and texts to supplement or modify it and also of the law n 2014-366 of 24.3.2014 (Alur).

And in particular:

- it should ensure the interests of the principal the administrative management of the real estate complex (search and presentation of candidates for rent at the end of the period of exclusivity of the collector, validation of the candidates' files and organization of the visites, rental leases management and the Apl, management of rental disputes, administration of the building complex, guarding, ...),

- it will also ensure the technical management of the property complex, including taking possession of the goods, during which he will represent the principal, the state of the premises, the maintenance and servicing contracts, the maintenance work, -major maintenance and repair work, claims management, business consultation, - he will carry out the accounting and the accounting, - he will have to ensure the information of the principal by a permanent and regular using the media made available by the principal or his provider (including an Internet portal), withinUnder penalty of sanctions, he will submit himself to all the direct controls, audits and audits carried out by the principal or that he will have done by external contributors or which will be carried out by the control bodies to which the principal is subject. He undertakes to provide all explanations and documents that would be claimed.
