European tendering building and inventory insurance

The contracting authority intends to enter into an Opstal and inventory insurance with a (1) tenderer .

The insurance starts on 1.1.2019 12:00 CET. The insurance has a term of sixteeng (60) months with an annual termination option as of 1 January 12.00 CET of the following year for both parties. When the insurance is prematurely terminated, the notice period for both the tenderer and the contracting authority is four (4) months.

The tenderer to whom the contract is awarded must provide a new valuation of the oban appraiser registered in the Fire sector of the register of the United Register of Valuers Foundation.

Tenderer must be registered with a trade or professional register for the business activities required for the assignment. The legally valid signature must be evident from the registration with the trade register, by submitting a transferclearance, not older than 6 months, showing that the company is registered in the national professional or trade register in accordance with the requirements applicable in the country in which the company is established, or that it issues an identical statement or attestation under oath. Within the Netherlands, an extract from registration at the Chamber of Commerce fulfills this functionn being in possession of a license to conduct the business of non-life insurer as referred to in Article 2.27 of the Act on Financial Supervision, or a copy of a permit from the Authority for the Financial Markets to mediate.
