Deichman's organisation is now working on internal preparations and planning the move, training, raising competence, procurements of new content, development of new services and IT systems for the operation of the new library's content. The complexity of these processes is increasing and we see a need for assistance in coordinating and systemising plans and assistance with the library management's work of managing the total portfolio of processes.

The complexity of these processes is increasing and we see a need for assistance in coordinating and systemising plans and assistance with the library management's work of managing the total portfolio of processes.

In addition, there will be a need for assistance with developing and planning Deichman's own management and follow-up of the tenant's responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the new building. At times there can be a need for assistance with developing and planning a operational concept for this. There are also tentative plans in the coming years for major and minor development projects in the library network. There will also be a need for project assistance for this, and assistance with the follow-up of construction projects — from the orderer's side.
