The application is presented either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (freely available on the site www.economie.gouv.fr ), in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME). The contracting authority imposes the transmission of plies electronically. PTherefore, paper transmission is not allowed. The transmission of documents electronically is carried out on the buyer's profile. However, the transmission of documents on an electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, USB key ...) is not allowed. The choice of transmission mode is global and irreversible. Candidates must apply the same method of transmission all the documents sent to the contracting authority. Each transmission will be the subject of a certain date of reception and an acknowledgment of electronic reception. As such, the reference time zone is (GMT 01:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid. The fold will be considered if the download ends after the scheduled date and time. If a new fold is sendelectronically by the same candidate, it cancels and replaces the previous letter. The fold can be duplicated backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on physical physical electronic (cd-rom, dvd-rom, USB key) or on paper. This copy must be placed in a fold bearing the mention, as well as the name of the candidate and the identification of the procedure concerned.-It is opened in the following cases:

- when a malicious computer program is detected in the electronically transmitted mail,

- when the electronic mail is received in an incomplete way, out of time or could not be opened, provided that his transmission began before the closing of the delivery of the folds. No electronic format is recommended for the transmission of documents.-However, the files will have to be transmitted in widely available formats. The electronic signature of documents is not required for this consultation. The electronic formats in which the documents may be transmitted are as follows: after allocation, the retained electronic tender will be converted into a paper offer to give the handwritten signatureof the market by the parties. The costs of access to the network and recourse to the electronic signature are the responsibility of the candidates.

Samples or models required: the candidate will have to submit, with the support of his electronic offer, samples as well as color charts of the materials put in work for the amenities. They must be delivered either by post or by deposit against recepisset the date and time limit is 12:00 on 12.11.2018 at the secretariat of the Marche department of Caen (Vaubenard Building).
