Providing expert external programming and testing services to develop SW solutions and test them as follows. The Contracting Authority requests the provision of services through thein the following positions: database programmer, application programmer and tester.

Basic capability has suppliers who meet the requirements of - 74, paragraph 1, letter. (1) (a) to (e) of the ZZVZ and prove it in accordance with Article 75 (1) of the ZZVZ.
