Offset printing, bending and binding services 'works of a pedagogic, scientific and cultural character for the university Bordeaux-Montaigne.

The present public market has for objectiveand the services of offset printing, faceting and bookbinding of pedagogical, scientific and cultural works for all the components and services of the University of Bordeaux-Montaigne. - proof of registration in a register professional (trade register or K-bis excerpt),

- declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate does not enter in any of the casesArticles 45 and 48 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets and in particular that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L.5212-11 of the Code of work concerning the employment of disabled workers,

- mandatory application letter for economic operators' groups.

- statement concerning overall turnover and turnoverthe business sector under the public contract, covering at most the last 3 financial years available according to the date of the creation of the company or the beginning of the economic operator's activity, in the extent or information on these sales figures is available.

This consultation will result in a framework agreement without minimums and maximums.with several economic operators, there are five of them, subject to a sufficient number of candidates or offers.

The framework agreement gives rise to the conclusion of subsequent marches under the conditions laid down in the CCP. The Framework Agreement is concluded from the date of notification until 23.11.2020. The start date is the date of notification. Before any start of executionthe holders of the framework agreement must provide the following:

- proof of compliance with ISO 12647,

- PEFC certificate,

- Imprim'Vert certificate.

In the absence of all these elements, the public contract will be terminated for the holder concerned without any possible compensation.
