Services of printing services for the services of the city of Suresnes

Framework agreement with subsequent steps passes according to the procedure of open call for tenders (Article 25, 66, 67 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets). Subsequent steps are taken pursuant to Articles 27 and 78 to 80 of Decree No. 2016-360. The framework agreement with subsequent marches will take effect from the date of its notification for a period of 1 year, after which it may be renewed a maximum of 3 times for an identical period by tacit agreement, by the Public Company. For each period, and for each lot, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and maximum amount of order. In the event of non-renewal, thewill be informed within a reasonable time before the end of the framework agreement. The contracting authority reserves the right to renew this framework agreement or not. The conclusion of the subsequent contracts to the framework agreement can only be made during the period of validity of the framework agreement.

In application of articles 78 and 80 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets, for eachfor each period, and for each lot, the framework agreement is concluded without minimum and maximum amount of order.

- Undeclared urgent work: 70% of the price, 30% time,

- urgent declared work: 30% the price, 70% delay.
