The subject of the contract are printers for direct printing of textiles (6 pcs). The exact technical specification of the subject of the contract can be found in the Application Documents, Annex no. 1 Draft of the Purchase Contract.

1) Only those who meet these conditions for participation inmelting according to - 32 par. 1 pism.:

According to - 33 par. 1 pism. (a) the tenderer submits a confirmation from the bank (s) not older than 3 months preceding the date of submission of the tender by the tenderer in which the account (s) are held, - the applicant has not been subject to execution for the previous 3 months in the unauthorized debit,

For clarification it is stated that the account statementis not considered bank confirmation. Concerning the statement of the bank (s) or equivalent document (s), the tenderer shall also submit an affidavit signed by the statutory representative of the tenderer or by the authorized person of the tenderer that he did not have accounts or obligations in other submitted the above confirmation (s) equivalent document (s).

3) Applicant may attenddeprivation of financial and economic status to use the financial resources of another person, regardless of their legal relationship. In such a case, the tenderer must prove to the Contracting Authority that, in performing the contract or concession contract, it will actually use the resources of the person whose position it uses to prove its financial and economic position. According to the second sentence, the applicant proves the fact by a written contractthe person whose resources he intends to prove his financial and economic position. The written contract must give rise to an obligation on the part of the person to provide performance for the entire duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to prove financial and economic status must demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in relation to personal status, with the exception of - 32 para. 1 pism. e) and may not be exito exclude inclusions for exclusion according to - 40 par. 6 pism. a) to h) and par. 7.

4) If the tenderer fails to provide, for objective reasons, a document intended to prove financial and economic status to the Contracting Authority, it may prove financial and economic status by submitting another equivalent document which the Contracting Authority considers appropriate.
