Printing, shaping and delivery of the departmental magazine

The purpose of this framework agreement is to print, shape and deliver the departmental magazine and its cantonal files based on files supplied by the agency which produces and designs said documents.

The purpose of this framework agreement is to print, cleaning and delivery of the departmental magazine and its cantonal files according to files supplied by the agency which produces and designs the said documents.

Each candidate will have to produce a complete file comprising the following documents:

- documents from the application such as provided for in articles L. 2142-1, R. 2142-3, R. 2142-4, R. 2143-3 and R. 2143-4 of the public procurement code,

- declaration the honor to justify that the candidate does not enter into any of the cases of prohibition to tender,

- information on the respect of the obligation of employment mentioned in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code.

- declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover concerning the services covered by the contract, carried out during the last 3 financial yearsavailable,

- appropriate declaration from banks or proof of insurance for professional risks.
