The subject of the contract will be the provision of the following types of work :

You may need to print a map within 7 days in a load of 1 001 - 3 000 pcs, for further information, please see the tender documentation.

1.Conditions of participation of tenderers in public procurement related to personal status pursuant to - 32 of the Public Procurement Act

Information and formal requirements necessarily to assess the fulfillment of the terms and conditions: The Applicant must meet the conditions under - 32. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement.

1.1.Accountant proves that he fulfills the conditions of his / her personal status under - 32 par. 2, resp. ods. 4, 5 by submitting original documents or certified true copies of the documents, pursuant to - 152 of the Public Procurement Act.

1.2.Accountant entered in the list of economic entities according to the regulations effective until April 17, - 32 ods. 1 p-sm. a) if, in its organizational structure, the member / members of the Supervisory Body and / or the Procurator / Prosecutor indicate the following:

1.2.1. pursuant to Section 32, Par. a) by submitting an extract from the register of penalties not exceeding 3 months, or

1.2.2. pursuant to Section 152 of the Public Procurement Act (after the change of the data in the list of economic entities and the addition of this list to the listeconomic agents pursuant to Section 156 of the Public Procurement Act)

1.3.According to the list of economic entities according to regulations effective until April 17, b) letter. c) show the following:

1.3.1. pursuant to - 32, par. b) letter. c) by submitting a certificate of health insurance and social insurance company no more than 3 months and localof the insolvency tax office not more than 3 months or

1.3.2. pursuant to Section 152 of the Public Procurement Act (after the change of the data in the list of economic entities and the addition of this information to the list of economic entities pursuant to Section 156 of the Public Procurement Act)

1.4 . An entrepreneurial entity with the status of a legal person who has exercised a personal status according to - 32 par. 1 letter. and beyondthe Public Procurement Act is obliged to submit a copy of the criminal record for the person who is issued by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Slovak Republic no more than 3 months.

The economic entity entered in the list of economic entities may meet the above mentioned conditions in the following way:

1.4.1.predloženim original document - extract from the criminal record of a legal person not older than 3 months in thethe public procurement procedure directly to the public procurer or

1.4.2.of this information in the list of economic entities through the form of the notification of the change of the data, the design of which the Public Procurement Office (hereinafter referred to as "the urad") publishes on its web site with attached extract from the criminal record of the legal person no more than 3 months

1.5.In the case of the candidate you createa group of contractors engaged in a public procurement is required to prove compliance with the terms and conditions of a person's personal status for each member of the group separately. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the law on public procurement proves a member of the group only in relation to the part of the subject of the order to ensure it. 1.6.If the applicant, the place of business or the companystay outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statutes of its headquarters, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents mentioned in - 32 par. 2 of the Act on Public Procurement, or it does not issue any equivalent documents, it may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the regulations in force in the statute of its headquarters, place of business or usual residence.

1.Conditions of participation of applicants in public procurement(1.1) The bidder shall submit the following original document (s) or his / her certified true copy, which shall prove his / her financial and economic standing: 1.1.1. Under - 33 par. 1 letter. a) the law on public procurement of a bank or branch office of a foreign bank, where the applicantan account of his / her ability to fill financial charges for the last 3 years, respectively. for years that are available from the date of commencement or commencement of the activity, and the time has not been determined in an unauthorized debete, in the case of repayment of the credit, the due date is that the applicant does not have the blocking of the account in connection with the act of execution. An account statement is not considered to be a bank statement.

1.1.2.Declaration of the applicant that he / she only learns at the bank (s) from which he / she has submitted the bank (s) statement according to point 1.1.1. of this section of the notice.

1.2. The Applicant may use financial resources of another person to prove the financial and economic status, regardless of their legal relationship. In this case, the tenderer must demonstrate to the public procurement agent that in carrying out theto use the resources of a person whose position of use in demonstrating financial and economic status. The fact according to the second sentence is demonstrated by the tenderer by a written contract concluded with the person whose sources are meant to prove his financial and economic status. From a written contract, the person's handbag must appear to provide performance during the duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose sources I am afterto prove the financial and economic status, he must prove that he fulfills the conditions for the person's personal status, except for - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the public procurement law and there shall be no evidence of exclusion pursuant to - 40 par. 6 sheets. (a) to (h) and Article 7 of the Public Procurement Act

1.3.If the applicant or occupier fails to provide objective proof of proofthe economic and financial position can be demonstrated by submitting another document which the public procurement agent considers appropriate.

1.4.Responding to the adequacy of the conditions of participation in relation to the subject of the contract and the need to include them among the terms of the contract in accordance with - 38 ods. 5 of the Public Procurement Act:

Determining the extent of the conditions-in particular, of the financial and economic status and the evidence of their taking into account the nature, extent and complexity of the subject matter of the contract. From the required document, it is possible to reasonably assess the financial stability of the applicants, the state of their economic and financial situation, their ability to pay and the performance of their debts to the bank. The fulfillment of the conditions of the part connected with the economic and financial evaluationthe position of the bidders to such a reasonable extent creates the presumption that the performance of the contract will be realized only by such a contractual partner, which ensures the smooth fulfillment of the contractual charter, minimizing the risk of non-fulfillment of contractual obligations due to economic instability. The tender documents for the public tender have been published since the date of award of this public procurement contractof each of the contractors set up in an electronic file on the website www.uvo.gov.sk. The contracting authority will also publish in its profile any other documents necessary for the preparation of the tender (eg providing explanations under - 48 of the Public Procurement Act). The Procurer provides unrestricted, complete and direct access to the substrates and other documents bezodplatne. Complaints will also be provided to interested persons on the basis of a written request sent electronically or by post to the address given in Section I.1 of this notice. From such an application, it must be obvious to which public tender the application relates (identification of the order by name and of this notice), identification data of the acquirer (business name or name, address, place of business or usualof the applicant's residence), contact details of the telephone number and e-mail address. Complaints will be sent by e-mail electronically to the address given in the application. The contracting authority shall provide an explanation of the information necessary for the preparation of the tender, a proposal for proof of compliance with the conditions of participation in accordance with - 48 of the Public Procurement Act, which shall be detailed in the tender3. Communication between the contracting authority and the interested parties, Applicants will only be in the Slovak or Czech language. The public contracting authority requests the commitment to provide security under Section 46 of the Public Procurement Act.

The amount of the security is set at a higher rate: EUR 15 000.00 (the word "euro"), - The conditions for the provision of the security and its release are indicatedin the substrate.

5. Under Section 66 7 of the Act on Public Procurement, evaluation of the fulfillment of the conditions of participation pursuant to Section 40 of the Public Procurement Act shall be carried out after evaluation of the tender pursuant to Section 53 of the Public Procurement Act. The public contracting authority shall exclude from the public procurement of the tenderer in the evaluation of the conditions under Article 40 of the Public Procurement Act, the information will lead me to suspect that the applicant has entered into a contract for an economic disruption in a given public procurement with another economic entity. Documents to prove the fulfillment of the conditions for the participation of tenderers in the public procurement determined in accordance with - III.1.1), III.1.2) and III.1.3) of this notice on the proclamation of the public procurement may be provisionally replaced by the applicant pursuant to - 39 of the Act onas well as to the Single European Document (hereinafter referred to as "JED"), fulfilling the requirements under - 39 par. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, i. including the updated declaration of the economic entity that: a) there is no evidence of its exclusion, b) it will provide the contracting authority on request with the documents replaced by the JED, the requirements for execution, submission of JED and other detailsInformation related to JEDs is provided in the tender documentation. The public contracting authority does not enter into a framework agreement with an applicant who has the obligation to register with the public sector partners under Act no. 315/2016 on the register of public sector partners and on the amendment of some laws and not entered in the register of public sector partners or subcontractorsit is obliged to register with the public sector partners and not entered in the register of public sector partners.
