Vthe Contracting Authority does not impose requirements on the suitability of the Participants.

The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements on the economic and financial standing of the Participants. 47, para. 6 of the RPSP, the contracting authority does not require the price proposals to be presented in a sealed envelope. Pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the evaluation of the price proposals will be carried out before the pre-the selection procedure, and therefore the order of art. 61 of the RSPC. Other interested parties may participate in this tender procedure under Lot No 2 and their tenders will be considered only on the condition that no offers of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities or of economic entities, the main purpose of which is social and prothe integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged people.
