PrzThe order is to perform the preservation of representative interiors of the western part of the former imperial castle in Poznań.
Main Site: Seat of the Ordering Party - Centrum Kultury Zamek, ul. St. Marcin 80/82, 61-809 Poznań.
The object of the order is to perform the preservation of representative interiors of the western part of the former imperial castle in Poznań, according to the design documentation (on whichconsists of a construction project, an executive design, a conservation program and work plans), a technical specification of the execution and receipt of the robot, a description of the construction site organization, instructions on how to conduct electrical, teletechnical and sanitary installations in the rooms covered by the project, expert opinions and a list of additional requirements. included in the scope of ordersia is approx. 3, 116 m, cubature about 16 189 m. • Works covered by the subject of the order include selected communication routes and rooms in the western part of the castle (a total of 34 rooms) on the ground floor, first and second floor. on:
1) works in the field of conservation of historic elements of interior design and furnishings. Maintenance will be subject tomasonry stonework, plaster, stucco and gypsum bas-reliefs, wooden elements, door and window frames, wainscot and parquet, metal elements, grilles, lamps. In rooms with the greatest historical value, conservation works are to be carried out to the full extent to protect, restore functionalities and original aesthetic values. In other rooms inWorks on a historic stonework, woodwork, plaster and stucco works are to be carried out, which will stop the degradation of substances, significantly improve their condition and restore full functionality.
2) Works in the field of architecture, installation in the electrical industry (switchboards and electrical boards, installation basic lighting and emergency lighting, plug sockets230 V, power installation, protection installation from electric shocks), low-current (fire alarm system, audible warning system, structural network, CCTV system, burglary and assault signaling system, acoustic points), sanitary (modernization of central heating installations in selected rooms) .
On the Employer's website (address: http://ckzamek.pl/podstrony/90-zamowienia /) contains the Instruction for negotiation, containing, among others a detailed list of required documents and statements, as well as the template of the application for admission to participate and the template for a single European order document (EAT).
On the Ordering Party's website (address: http: // ckzamek .pl / artykuly / 2692-zspn32018-konserwacja-reprezentacyjnych-wnetrz-zac /) is available-project documentation describing the scope of the order, with the proviso that in the present proceedings the Employer has limited the scope of the order resulting from the above-mentioned documentation. The specification of essential conditions of the order, containing the design documentation adapted to the scope of this order, will be forwarded to the Economic Operators invited to submit initial offers.sany to the register of monuments of the province Wielkopolskie Province under the number A-213 from 6.3.1979.
The contracting authority has a building permit and permission to conduct conservation work.
Requirements for quality assurance:
1) min. 36 months for maintenance and construction work carried out.
2) for the equipment delivered and installed - on the terms of the producers - the Contractor will be required to hold the entire periodthe ordering of insurance against civil liability (contractual and tort) in the scope of activities related to the subject of the order, with a guarantee sum of at least PLN 1, 000, 000.
The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to perform key parts of the order. referred to in art. 67 sec. 1point 6 of the Act on Public Procurement Laws, i.e. orders involving the return of similar services or construction works (construction and conservation works).
The Ordering Party does not set any specific requirements within this condition.
Condition regarding no grounds for exclusion from the proceedings:
For granting the orders may be applied to Contractors who are not subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 point-12-23 of the Public Procurement Law and art. 24 sec. 5 points 1 and 8 of this Act.
Statements and documents required to confirm compliance with this condition are listed in section VI.3 of the notice. - Initial confirmation of compliance with the abovementioned the conditions will be completed and signed by the Contractor Uniform European Order Document (EAT).
Detailed information on EED is included in section VI.3-- The Contractor is obliged to submit, upon the Ordering Party's request, within the prescribed period of time, on the day of submitting the required declarations and documents.
To assess the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the proceedings, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of reversed procedure, referred to in art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law.
The Contractor shall consider the Contractor fulfilling this conditiono who will show that they have liability insurance in the scope of their business. Applications are submitted to the following address in Section I.1, room no. 134 (secretariat).
Each Contractor must attach to the application a statement in the form of a Uniform European Order Document (EAT) valid as of the date of submitting offers, constituting a preliminary confirmation of compliance with the conditions of participation in-proceeding and no grounds for exclusion from the proceedings.
Purchaser provides an electronic form E-POS (eESPD).
The contractor can use the eESPD service to fill in the pre-prepared form JEDZ / ESPD.
Contractor after selecting the field "I am a contractor" the possibility of importing the pre-prepared form by the Ordering Party.
JEDZ / ESPD---xml file, and then fill it in the range indicated by the Ordering Party (the form contains only the fields necessary to be completed by. Contractors). After filling in the form JEDZ / ESPD, the contractor has the option of printing it.
In case of joint application for the contractors, the EAT, referred to above, is submitted by each of the Contractors jointly applying for the order. EATconfirm the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings and the lack of grounds for exclusion to the extent that each of the Contractors demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion. Contractor who refers to the resources of other entities in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment in the scope in which it relies on their resources-The Contractor is obliged to submit the following declarations and documents upon the Employer's request, confirming the absence of grounds for exclusion from the proceedings: - a) copy from the relevant register or central records and information about business activity;
b) a certificate of non-payment of taxes;
c) aconcern about not paying social security or health insurance contributions;
d) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Act;
e) declaration of the contractor about the lack of issuing a final court judgment or final administrative decision on default of payment of taxes, fees or social security contributions or fees(f) a statement by the contractor about the lack of a ruling against him as a precautionary measure prohibiting applying for public orders;
g) a statement by the contractor on non-payment of taxes and local fees.
If the Contractor is established or resides outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, documents: - referred to in item a-c files a document or documentsissued in the country in which the contractor has its registered office or place of residence, confirming that: - it is not in arrears with taxes, fees, social security or health insurance contributions, - no liquidation has been opened or bankruptcy announced, - about which referred to in point d provides information from the relevant register or, in the absence of such a register, another equivalent document inysed by the competent judicial or administrative body of the country in which the contractor has its registered office or place of residence, the person concerned by the information or document, to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 points 13, 14 and 21 of the Act - Contractor within 3 days from the date of posting on the website information referred to in art. 86 par. 5 of the Act, will transfer the Ordering Partyhim a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group. the list of statements and documents is abbreviated.
