Supply of fresh dishes for the benefit of customers of the device.

Annual financial minimum: 320 000 EUR HT.

In accordance with Article 49 of Decree No 2016/360 of 25.3.2016, tenderers have the capacity to submit their application in written form of a Single Market Document anduropeen (DUME) established in accordance with the model set by the European Commission Regulation in place of the documents mentioned below. If he / she does not wish to submit a DUME, the candidate shall provide, in accordance with article 48 of the 2016-360 decree of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets, all the following elements:

- the DC1 application letter including the certificates on the honequivalent document,

- the declaration of the candidate DC2 or equivalent document, the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if it is in receivership.
