The object of the framework agreement is to buy cables power distribution and electrical equipment required to carry on own repairs that are necessary in accordance with the quantities and specifications set forth in cThe amount of the contract for each individual lot
Quantum:
- Lot 1 4 600 RON;
- Lot 2 2 400 RON.
Validity period: 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders. - by a guarantee instrument (bank guarantee letter or insurance policy) issued in accordance with the law by a bank or an insurance company that is notIn special cases the authorization or supervision under the law and that shows in the amount and for the period stipulated in the tender documentation;
- if the tenderer opts for establishing GP by bank transfer, the account that will submit the bid bond : RO18TREZ7015006X000213 Treasury Sector 1 Bucharest, provided confirmation of the transfer isby the issuing bank.
For evaluation and reporting unit for the amount of guarantees participation, equivalent to a participation guarantee deposited in another currency shall be the exchange rate of the previous five days the deadline for submission of tenders.
Detention participation guarantee shall be in accordance with art. 37 of GD. 395/2016
