Reference Number: IH.a Postal services consisting of collecting, sorting, transporting and delivering to individuals and individuals juridic envelopes and parcels of the General Division for Taxes and Local Taxes Sector 4, weighing up to 2 kg, as well as ensuring the monitoring, implementation and functioning of the correspondence through the interconnection of the information system held by the beneficiary with the one owned by the provider. Estimated quantity to transmiteri - Correspondence with acknowledgment of receipt:

2018:

- up to 50 grams = 299, 500 pieces,

- between 51, 200 grams = 400 pieces,

2019:

Requirement no. 1: The bidder or, as the case may be, the affiliated tenderer, the supporting third party, the declared subcontractor must not fall within the situations set out in art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented. The Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented(DUAE) together with supporting documents, respectively:

- Judicial and fiscal record for the economic operator,

- The judicial record for each of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the economic operator and for the persons having the power of representation, decision or control within it, in accordance with art. 164 par. (2) of the Law n98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented. 2: The tenderer or, as the case may be, the associated tenderer, the supporting third party, the declared subcontractor must not fall within the situations provided by art. 165 of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented. The Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 165 of Law no. 98/2016, as amended(DUAE) together with the supporting documents, respectively the Certificate issued by the Public Finance Administration, as well as the Certificate / Certificates issued by the Local Public Authorities, which show that the economic operator / economic operator has no overdue debts to the budget state or local budget / budget at the time of submission
