Requirement no. 1: The bidder or, as the case may be, the affiliated tenderer, the supporting third party, the declared subcontractor must not fall within the situations set out in art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented. The Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented(DUAE) together with supporting documents, respectively:
