the eventual requirement of an official decision for the-Permission to exercise an activity in Austria as well as to the obligation according to -- 20 resp. 188 para. 1 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2006 is expressly pointed out. Sections 20 and 188 (1) of the Federal Procurement Act 2006 oblige applicants or tenderers who are resident in the territory of another Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who are responsible for the exercise of a Tin Austria must obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualification, as soon as possible, but in any case before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, to initiate a referral procedure. For regulated trades (- 94 of the Trade Regulations 1994), reference is made in this regard to -- 373a to 373e of the Trade Regulations 1994.
