Supply of laptops for the Optoelectronics and Laser Technology Laboratory of the Lublin University of Technology

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of laptops (2 pcs.) In accordance with the specifications contained in the Terms of Reference and a Detailed description of the subject of the order. Laptops will be used for computational, engineering and design applicationscomputing, computer simulations, graphic applications and access to the Internet.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of laptops (2 pcs.) In accordance with the specifications contained in the Terms of Reference and a Detailed description of the subject of the order. Laptops will be used for computational applications, engineering applications, design, computer simulations, graphic application support and Internet access.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Annex to the ToR.

The Employer does not specify the conditions in this respect.the contractor in the proceedings, within 3 days from the date of placing by the Employer on the website information referred to in art. 86 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law: Declaration on belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the Public Procurement Law

Contractors jointly applying for the award of this contract are required to establish a fulla representative to represent them in these proceedings or to represent them in the proceedings and to conclude a public procurement contract. The power of attorney in particular should contain: an unambiguous description of the proceedings to which it relates, specify the scope of authorization, list all Contractors who jointly apply for the contract, the signature of each of the Contractorsthat. In the absence of a signature on the power of attorney of any of the Contractors, an independent power of attorney should be issued individually for the leader`s proxy (no signature of the leader`s proxy on the power of attorney is required). All correspondence will be conducted only with the proxy.

In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, none of themit may not be subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 1 point 12 23 and art. 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Act, while the conditions for fulfilling participation in the procedure may be met jointly.

In the said procedure, pursuant to Art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer will apply the reverse procedure, according to which it will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer has been assessed as the mostmore compact, not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings.

The means of electronic communication in the proceedings is the online platform operating at the address:

https: //e-ProPublico.pl (hereinafter referred to as "the platform"), while full documentation of the proceedings is available on the website http://www.pollub.pl/pl/uczelnia/zamycji-publiczne/przetargi-specfikacje-istotnych-terms-orders. The procedure is conducted on the platform under the name: "Delivery of laptops for the needs of the Optoelectronics and Laser Technology Laboratory of the Lublin University of Technology case mark: KP-272-PNU-4/2020".

The Contractor entering the tender is obliged to submit a deposit, before the deadline for submitting bids in the amount of PLN 600.00 (say: six hundred zlotys 00/100).

In a given proceeding, a security on due performance of the contract is not required.

1. The Awarding Entity does not allow partial tenders.

2. The Purchaser does not allow submission of variants.

3. The Employer does not provide for dynamic establishmentabout the purchasing system

4. The Awarding Entity does not envisage selecting an offer using an electronic auction.

5. The Employer does not envisage the conclusion of a framework agreement.

6. The Employer does not intend to convene a meeting of all Contractors referred to in art. 38 section 3 of the Public Procurement Law

7. The Purchaser does not provide settlement in foreign currencies.

8. The Purchaser does not anticipate reimbursement of the costs of participation in this postpublic procurement procedure.

9. The Employer does not foresee the application of the option right.

10. The ordering party does not specify in the description of the subject of the order the requirements specified in art. 29 paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Law

11. The awarding entity does not envisage the award of orders referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 and 7 of the PPL Act

12. The Awarding Entity informs that in matters not covered by the ToR apply toApplicable provisions of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843, as amended) and implementing provisions to the Act, as well as the Act of 23.4.1964, the Civil Code (Dz. U. 2018, item 1986, as amended).
