Contract — Procurement and Leasing of Tablets 2019 (2)

The aim of the procurement is to establish one/several Framework Agreement(s) that cover the needs of those participating in the contract for the procurement and leasing of tablets in accordance with the requirements specification.
Main Site : In Haram, Giske, Sand0y, Skodje, Sykkylven, 0rskog, Sula and Alesund Municipalities.
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a Framework Agreement with one/several tenderer(s) for the procurement and leasing of tablets in accordance with the requirements specification. The Contracting Authority sees an increasing need for tablets as a work tool for increased efficiency, availability and flexibility. Amongst other things, tablets are used by employees when out amongst users, (e.g. the home care service), by politicians who are sent reference documents, by technical outreach workers, in school and nurseries as an electronic aid in learning and teaching, as well as by unit managers for approving invoices/orders.
Tenderers must have the capacity to comply with the Contracting Authority's requirements in a satisfactory manner.

— a completed and signed ESPD (Annex 5 in the tender documentation).
Credit Rating:
The Contracting Authority will carry out its own assessment of the tenderer's finances through the business and account information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro.
The Contracting Authority will not accept credit ratings from other company and accounting information systems than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro so that the tenderers can be assessed on equal terms.
Tenderers can enclose other necessary information with their tender if the tenderer is of the opinion that Bisnode/CreditPro will not provide an accurate picture of the financial situation.
Newly established companies: Newly established companies who have not worked up a basis for a credit assessment must enclose a declaration from a bank or similar financial institution on the company's financial and economic standing. This also applies to foreign tenderers.
