The subject of the order is delivery:

a) 25 pcs. 15 "laptops (with the option of 10 laptops),

b) 25 pcs. 17" laptops (with prawem the option of 10th laptops),

To the Main Magazine of the Cracow University of Technology.

The detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the ToR.

Terms of order fulfillment were also included in the draft contract constituting Annexe No. 5 to the ToR. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24ust. 1 item 12-23 and art. 24 sec. 5 points-1 of the Public Procurement Law and meet the requirements set out in the ToR.

The contracting authority shall call the contractor whose tender has been the highest rated, to submit in a specified period of time not less than 10 days as of the date of submitting declarations or documents:

1) In order to demonstration of the lack of grounds for exclusion from the procurement procedure should be submitted:

1. Information from Kparish criminal register, to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 items 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of tenders. A copy from the relevant register or central records and business information, if separate regulations require an entry in the register or records, in order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion-based on Article. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law - 3. The Contractor's statement that he has not issued a final court judgment or final administrative decision on default of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums, or - in the event of such a verdict or decision - documents confirming the payment of such claims together with anyand interest or fines or the conclusion of a binding agreement regarding the repayment of these amounts. Declaration of the Contractor about the lack of a decision against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for public orders.

3) Documents of foreign entities:

1. A document or documents issued in the country in which the contractor has its registered office or place of residence confirming respectively that nthe liquidation was not opened or bankruptcy issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of tenders expired. Information from the relevant register or, in the absence of such a register, another equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative body of the country in which the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence, or the place of residence has a person whoThis applies to information or a document, to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids.

The Employer does not specify the specific conditions for participation in the proceedings referred to in art. 22 ust. 1b of the Public Procurement Law.

The offer must be secured by a bid bond in the amount of PLN 4 650.00 (in words: four thousand six hundred fivetenth, 00 / 100PLN)

The bid bond should be submitted before the deadline for submission of bids.

The bid bond can be paid in one or more of the following forms:

a) money: by bank transfer to the bank account of the Ordering Party: Alior Bank SA09 2490 0005 0000 4600 1012 1826;

b) bank guarantees or social-savings credit sureties, however the surety is always a guarantee of money(c) bank guarantees;

d) insurance guarantees; e) sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b par. 5 point 2 of the Act of 9.11.2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 42, item 275, as amended). Pursuant to art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor, ktThe offer has been assessed as the most advantageous, it is not subject to exclusion from the proceedings. If the Contractor whose tender has been assessed as the most advantageous avoids concluding the contract, the Contracting Authority foresees the possibility of examining whether the Contractor who submitted the highest rated tender of other offers is not excluded.
