The Ministry of Defense`s Real Estate Agency handles projects concerningOngoing soil and groundwater pollution at the Ministry of Defense`s establishments in Denmark. In this connection, there is a need for advice on the implementation thereof.

The tasks of the framework agreement relate to mapping according to Section 3 of the Land Pollution Act, and environmental history reports and pollution surveys are carried out, among other things. On the basis of surveys, there may be a need for excavationof contaminated soil, initiation of remedial measures in the form of in-situ purification or documentation of natural degradation of environmentally hazardous substances. Furthermore, there may be a need for the preparation of action plans for groundwater protection for the Ministry of Defense`s establishments.

In connection with - 20 questions and inquiries from citizens and authorities, the Minister of Defense maynoe Property management needs a short time-limit assistance. In addition, as a result of environmental accidents, an urgent need for counseling assistance may arise.

In connection with the Ministry of Defense relinquishing properties, there may be a need for assistance in pricing an eventual. environmental clean-up of the property. In this connection, there may also be a need for carrying out examinations and deviating`The activities of the Ministry of Defense`s areas are of a special nature, with the use of large quantities of cartridges, grenades and explosives, etc. in some places. or large quantities of fire extinguishing foam. Rendering in relation to activities and substances that these activities entail is part of the task.

As a minimum requirement, the supplier must be able to meet the requirements for suitability - 0financial and financial form, as well as technical and professional form.

3) All communication in connection with the tendering procedure, including questions and answers, must be made via the electronic tender system, iBinder. Any questions to the tender should be sent via the query function on iBinder no later than Wednesday 21.8.2019 at. 23:59. The questions will be answered no later than 6 days before the deadline. It is the tenderer`s responsibility to keep abreast of epending public disclosures on iBinder;

4) The tenderer must submit an ESPD as preliminary evidence of the provisions of section 148 (1) of the invitation to tender. 1, no. 1-3, the mentioned conditions. A task can be characterized as central when the task requires intensive and continuous cooperation between the contracting authority and the tenderer, or when the task requires a special degree of confidentiality. This will be evident from the specific remuneration agreement if the contracting authority utilizesis this access.
