Rehabilitation of the Chatelet site - phase 1 - step 2 - excavation of pollution spots

Services contract to take charge of important pollution spots ground of the Chatelet site.

Main Site: Chatelet.

The services provided in the special specifications to carry out this rehabilitationthe following:

- the conditions of the site,

- the installation of construction site and the establishment of means of protection against intrusions,

- the establishment of devices to protect the neighborhood, the impetants, the ducts, walls, various installations, etc.

- the photographic report,

- the realization of releves geometre,

- the closing and the condemnation of the 22piezometers present on the site,

- the fight against the emission of dust, volatiles and bad odors,

- the clearing, the deforestation and the stain removal of the site, as well as the management of the invasive plants,

- the demolition of the slabs in the northern zone (parking), foundations of gasometers and possible foundations encountered in the north and south, and in particular theirgrinding, crushing and screening,

- the dismantling of old gas pipes previously inert by the network manager (ORES),

- the excavation of the pollution spots to be cleaned and the asbestos stain, as well as the establishment of adequate measures of support,

- the realization of abstractions and analyzes in fund of excavations, on the walls of the excavations and the batches of ddump / fill to be reused on site,

- the pumping of the waters presented in the bottom of the excavation, the analytical monitoring and the eventual treatment of these waters during construction,

- the pumping, the treatment and the evacuation of the water pocket at the level of the gazometers and the recovery, evacuation and elimination of identified free phase products,

- the implementation of the active treatmentof the alluvial aquifer,

- evacuation to approved treatment or disposal centers for polluted materials, as well as the management of trucks for the transport of such materials and the supply of sound materials,

- backfilling excavation areas either with materials from the site or with filler materials compatible with sanitation objectives,

- lrealization of the piezometers of control for the follow-up of the active treatment of the alluvial aquifer,

- the leveling of the zones of excavation and of the southern zone,

- the contribution and the leveling of vegetable lands on the whole site,

- sowing the site.
