Protocol No. 5545/1673 / Α2 / 31.10.2017 of EYDEPAVEK and has been assigned the MIS code 5002755. This contract is funded by the European Union (ERDF) and by national(1) the right to participate in the procedure for the award of this contract shall be open to natural or legal persons and, in the case of associations of economic operators, those members who are established in: ) Member State of the Union

(b) Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA);

(c) Third countries that have signed and ratified the SBC, to the extent that thethe award of a public contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the General Notes relating to Annex I of the Association Agreement; and (d) to third countries not covered by paragraph (c) of this paragraph and having conclude bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures. 2) associations of economic operators, including temporary cartels, do not require a specific legal form to bid.
