The green areas covered by this framework agreement to be maintained in Satu Mare are made up of: parks, squares, alloysstreet greenery, green areas within residential quarters, which consist of porch surfaces, folded flowers, ornamental trees and shrubs, live hedges, urban furniture, alleys, sidewalks and other amenities. According to the estimated value and taking into account the provisions of art. Article 7 (1) c) and art. 68 par. (1) lit. a) of Law 98/2016, updated, the contracting authority, for: "Intrestoration and restoration of green spaces in Satu Mare: Green areas between Vasile Lucaciu Boulevard (exclusive), Henri Coandă Boulevard (exclusive), railway, Fabricii Street, Wolfenbuttel Street (exclusive), Ceahlăului Street (exclusive) Fragilor Street "has chosen the open tender procedure. The type of contract that the contracting authority is to award is an agreementtype of service provision. Under the framework agreement, successive service contracts will be awarded with a frequency of at least 1 contract per year. The maximum amount that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract is 919, 420.78 RON (excluding VAT). The framework agreement and the subsequent contracts will be concluded with one economic operator.

Note 1: DUAE failure to submit with the offer (including partner / third party / subcontractor) raises rejection as unacceptable.
