1) Tenderer must be available at the Saue Rural Municipality. registered in the aerodrome register. The contracting authority verifies the registration of the provider in Estonia (no proof is required).The tenderer is required to have a valid retail permit for the transport of household appliances in Harju County, if he is registered in a country in the country where he is located in his country of residence. The tenderer will submit a copy of the current retail distribution agreement with the tender.

1) During the last three years of the tenderer's tender, Sta (2015, 2016, 2017) average net assets (arithmetic) per year for providing charter services must have been at least 400, 000 EUR. The initial confirmation will be presented in the procurement package. The tenderer submits, at the request of the contracting authority, the last three financial statements of the year, indicating the net profit of the provider during the year when providing the charter service (for a legal entity registered in Estonia, If the data or documents are publicly available to the contracting authority from the database). The contracting authority recommends that this document be submitted with the tender if it is not publicly available to the contracting authority from the aerial register for the purpose of faster procurement.

2) The tenderer must have a liability insurance contract valid during the validity period of the contract during the period of validity of the contract during the contract period.to be considered at least in the procurement contract (Annex 2 of the HD) under the conditions stipulated. The initial confirmation will be presented in the procurement package.

3) If the tenderer wishes to promote his / her correspondence with the net invoices submitted on the basis of other companies' resources, the tenderer must submit a tender (s) to the contracting authority (s)a passport for the person to whom it is based (the other person's check-box must be signed by another person's representative). The tenderer submits a second venture agreement with the offer in accordance with Form 4 of the HD, in which the second vendor is liable if, in the amount of a large net profit, he allows the tenderer to rely on his net book value; confirms that he gives the tenderer financial resources, if necessary, and confirms itthat he is jointly and severally liable with the tenderer for the performance of the part of the contract to which his resources are based. If the annual report of another person is not publicly available to the contracting authority from the aerial registry, the contracting authority recommends submitting a report for the delay with the tender.
