The subject of the basic order is the supply of drives for DN 600 valves in the turbine relief system. As part of the contract, the Contractor is required to perform a pressure test of the derivative pipeline with fittings for three test pressure values, i.e. 3.5 bar, 7 and 10 bar. Supply actuators for DN 600 valves in version kcompact due to the limited space. Employer requires min. 36 months warranty.

1. The Contractor is obliged, before the submission deadline, to lodge a security deposit: PLN 30, 000.00 (say: thirty thousand zlotys 0/100)

2. The bid bond may be broughtin one or more of the following forms:

a) money;

b) bank guarantees or guarantees of a cooperative savings and credit union, except that guaranteeing a cash register is always a monetary guarantee;

c) bank guarantees;

d) insurance guarantees;

e) sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b paragraph 5 point 2 of the Act of November 9, 2000 on the establishment of Polska AgEntrepreneurship Development Entities.

3. The document confirming the payment of the bid security in one of the forms listed in item 2 must be attached to the offer in the form of an original. The Awarding Entity does not allow the submission of this document in any other form, e.g. a written or electronic copy with a qualified electronic signature. In the content of the document, State Gos should be indicated as the Beneficiarysubdivision Water Polish Waters Regional Water Management Board in Krakow, ul. Marszałka Jozefa Piłsudskiego 22, 31-109 Krakow, POLAND.

4. In the event of a bid bond being made in cash, the amount must be paid by bank transfer to the Purchaser`s bank account no: 27 1130 1017 0020 1510 6790 0004 The title of the transfer should include: "the bid bond in case No. 1542 / ZZZ / 2019".

5. The bid bond is paid in casheffectively if it is credited to the Purchaser`s bank account before the deadline for submitting bids.
