Development of project documentation for the construction of networks and connections at ul. Fordońska 412 to 433 in Bydgoszcz

The subject of the order is to complete the task:

Main Site: Bydgoszcz

The subject of the orders includes:

a) preparation of the list / list of studies included in the set of submitted project documentation;

b) obtaining a map for the purposesc) construction design in accordance with the local spatial development plan and the study of spatial development conditions and directions, decisions on building conditions / decision on locating the public purpose investment (5 copies in paper version, 1 copy in the electronic version), together with all arrangements and permits, including acceptance of propthe network route and obtaining the consent of all landowners for temporary occupation during the implementation of the task along with obtaining a valid building permit.

In the case of plots where the network and plots are planned, for which entry will be necessary to properly conduct construction works, the designer is obliged get a statement from the owner who ownsconsent to the temporary location of the pipeline on his property. d) execution of the detailed design with the calculations included in copy No 4 of the detailed design (4 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version), with the note "with calculations"; e) execution of other necessary for the implementation of studies, such as the project of traffic organization, inventory of greenery (along with the yieldmaking a decision to cut down trees / shrubs and indication of replacement plantings), a project to rebuild the surface, design solutions for the collision of the pipeline with other utilities (eg with teletechnical, power, water, gas, traffic control cables and others.) and roads etc. ., with their agreement in opinion-giving bodies (eg ZDMiKP, Police, competent Office of the Mias Officethis Bydgoszcz) and with the Recipient owner / ruler of the site on which the connected facility is located and other owners of 4 copies of the paper version, 1 copy in electronic version, attached to the construction project in the form of annexes,

f) parcel assembly together with a boundary map with the route of the heating network, through which the investment runs alonggiving their owner, master and the basis for dispatch of 1 copy in paper version and 1 copy in electronic version,

g) cost estimate for the investor, item of the robot, execution of the technical specification and delivery of the robot, 1 copy in paper version and 1 copy. in the electronic version,

h) execution of the Collective Statement of the costs of the investment task covering allcosts of investment task, 1 copy in paper version and 1 copy in electronic version on data carrier.

Electronic version means files in editable version .dxf, .dwg, ath, word, excel etc. and pdf files scans from documentation paper with designer and checking signatures. All non-editable files should be merged and their layout should correspond to the paper versionThe data carrier (CD / DVD) should be described with the full name of the task, the name of the design office / designer's name and the date of preparation.

Contractors may participate in this proceeding, who meet the following conditions regarding:

Economic or financial situation that ensures the execution of the order.

The Ordering Party considers the condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that:

a) he is insured against civil liability in the scope of business activity related to the subject of the order for a minimum guarantee sum of PLN 100, 000.00 (in words: one hundred thousand PLN). Compliance with the condition is considered as insurance in the competent regional chamber of construction. In the present proceedingscommunication between the Ordering Party and the Contractors is carried out electronically via the platform: www.platformazakupowa.pl, while the offer with attachments should be submitted via the "Offer submission form" available at www.platformazakupowa.pl at the place of publication of the tender notice and documentation, while the documents, statements, applications, notifications and transferse information is carried out using the "Send message" form.

4. The bid, documents submitted by Contractors and statements, including EAT, are prepared under pain of nullity, in electronic form and provided with a qualified electronic signature.

5. Electronic documents or their electronic copies and statements are submitted by the Contractor through the platform www.platformacakupowa.pl as attachments. Ordering the following format of transmitted data: .pdf, .doc, .xls, .zip.
