The subject of the order is the preparation of the Project (project documentation for(construction design and executive design) for the construction. The subject of the order is: preparation of the Project (project documentation including a construction and executive design) for the construction of a sanitary sewerage network with connections in the area of os. Intimate at ul. Glebowa in Poznań as part of the investment task 5-05-15-068-1 together with obtaining a valid building permit andauthor's supervision during the implementation phase of the robot performed on the basis of documentation from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor of the construction works to sign the final acceptance protocol of these robots. The detailed requirements regarding the Subject of the Order and all information regarding the project's dissolution are contained in the attached technical conditions issued by Aquanet S.A. forming afterdesign layout.

proceedings may participate Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the procurement procedure in the circumstances referred to in Article 24 sec. 1 point 12-23 PPL/ excluding art. 133 ust. 4 Pzp /, art. 24 sec. 5 points 1, 5, 6, 8 Pzp and who meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings referred to in art. 22 ust. 1 Pzp. In order to confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion from the proceedings and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings, the Contractor will be required to provide the Employer with the following statements and documents (within the deadlines indicated in the Terms of Reference):a) statement of the Contractor constituting a preliminary confirmation of the lack of grounds for exclusion, submitted on the uniform European order document form (hereinafter: "JEDZ") (in detail described in point 7.1.a) of the ToR);

b) an excerpt from the relevant register or central records and information about economic activity, if separate provisions require an entry in the register or records, in order to confirmand no grounds for exclusion under Art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 Pzp; c) certificate of the competent head of the tax office confirming that the contractor is not in default of paying taxes, issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submission of tenders or other document confirming that the contractor has concluded an agreement with the competent tax authority regarding the repayment of these receivables-with possible interest or fines, in particular he obtained legally required exemption, postponement or spreading overdue payments on installments or suspension in full of the implementation of the decision of the competent authority;

d) a certificate from the relevant local organizational unit of the Social Insurance Institution or the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund or other document confirming that the contractorca is not in arrears with paying social security or health insurance contributions, issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submission of offers or other document confirming that the contractor has concluded an agreement with the competent authority regarding the repayment of such receivables with possible interest or fines, in particular the exemption, deferral or distribution provided for by law-on installments of overdue payments or suspension in full of the implementation of the decision of the competent authority;

e) information from the National Criminal Record in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Act and, regarding conviction for offense to custody, to the extent specified by the awarding entity on the basis of art. 24 sec. 5 points 5 and 6 of the Act, issued not earlier than 6 months before the end of termnu offers;

f) a statement by the contractor about the lack of a final court judgment or final administrative decision on default of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums, or in the event of such a verdict or decision issuing documents confirming the payment of such claims together with any interest or fines or-conclusion of a binding agreement regarding repayment of such receivables (in relation to the exclusion referred to in Article 24 paragraph 1 point 15 of the PPL, a declaration by the contractor about the lack of a ruling against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for public orders (in relation to the exclusion described in Article 24 paragraph 1 item 22 of the PPL), the contractor's statement that the law has not been issuedthe conviction of a court convicting for a restriction of liberty or a fine to the extent specified by the ordering party under art. 24 sec. 5 points 5 and 6 PPL (according to the template constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference), the contractor's statement on not paying taxes and local fees, referred to in the Act of 12.1.1991 on local taxes and fees. Documents concerning exforeign nouns are described in detail in paragraphs 7.4.-7.7. SIWZ.

In order to confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion from the proceedings for the award of a contract in the circumstances referred to in art. 24. para. 1. point 23 of the PPL, the Contractor will be required to submit a declaration on belonging to or not belonging to the same capital group. The Contractor should submit the said statement in terminie 3 days from the date of placing by the Employer on the website, information referred to in Article 86 par. 5 Pzp. The pattern of the statement is contained in Annex 4 to the ToR. 2. The information to be provided in the EED has been described in detail in point 7.1.a) of the ToR. 3. The complete offer must include: a) the offer form (Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference); b) completed EIN form with possiblewith attachments; c) if the offer is signed by a proxy and in the case of Contractors jointly applying for granting the order, the power of attorney; d) in the case of relying on the ability of another entity to oblige that entity to give the Contractor the necessary resources for the needs of the task. 4. SIWZ is available free of charge on the Ordering Party's website (vww.aquanet.pl) since the publication of this contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union, in accordance with art. 42 par. 1 Pzp. At the same time, the Contracting Authority informs that it will not provide the Economic Operators of the SIWZ in paper form. 5. If it is necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the procurement procedure, the Employer may call at any stage of the proceedings-Contractors to submit all or some declarations or documents confirming that they are not subject to exclusion and meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings, and if there are reasonable grounds to consider that previously submitted statements or documents are no longer valid, submit current statements or documents. 6. The date by which the Contractor will be bound by the submitted offersi 60 days. According to art. The 85th Pzp running the period starts with the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders
