Digitization of documents and digital image processing for the Common Documentation Service (SCD) of University of Bordeaux Montaigne and the Documentation Department of the University of Bordeaux.

Direct digitization and optical recognition of the characteristics of printed and manuscript, iconographic, cartographic and heritage documents from universities in the network of university libraries in Bordeaux, within the framework of programmed digitization campaigns conducted by the departments .

This agreement-framework is concluded in application of the agreement constituting a group of orders for the digitization of printed documents for the Universite Bordeaux Montaigne and Universite de Bordeaux. The members of the group of orders are: the Universite Bordeaux Montaigne, represented by its president, Mme Helene Velasco-Graci and the Universite de Bordeaux, represented by its President M. ManuelTunon de Lara the University of Bordeaux Montaigne is designated as coordinator of the group. The headquarters of the group is 19 Esplanade des Antilles, 33607 Pessac Cedex. He is represented by Ms. Helene Velasco-Graciet.

- PSE optional n 1 lot 1: delivery methods. Other delivery methods than those offered in the BPU may be offered in addition to those offered in the BCOULD.

- PES optional n 2 lot 2: treatment proposals. Other treatment proposals may be proposed in addition to those required in the CCTP (shots, specifications of metadata files and optical character recognition). The number of optional PES for lots 1 and 2 is limited to 3 for each PES. The site visit is optional.
