Each offer is obligatory• For the proper performance of the terms of the contract, suppliers are required to lodge a letter of guarantee of 5% on the value of the contract, for the amount of 2% of the total budgeted cost excluding VAT. contract, excluding VAT and two (2) months' service beyond the contractual delivery time.

The offer should clearly select one of the following payment methods:

(a) by repaying 100% of the contract value, after the final receipt of the materials or the service; (b) by the grant of an interest-bearing advance, up to 50% of the contract value exclusive of VAT, of the security and the payment of the balance either after final acceptance of the materials or by payment of 20% of the contract value exclusive of VAT, with the takeover protocol, after the visual inspection and the payment of the rest of the contract value with the total VAT after the final receipt of the materials.

The above advance payment will be made in accordance with the provisions of artArticle 72 (d) of Law 4412/16.
