Bundling of orders for the supply, installation and maintenance of photocopiers

Reference Number: AC2018-106

This is an open invitation to tender as part of a grouping of orders between Bayeux commune (coordinator), Bayeux Intercom and CCAS Bayeux. It is a single-party framework agreement at unit prices without minimum or maximum with stepssubsequents.

In addition to the supply of at least 24 photocopiers this framework agreement also includes:

- the installation and setting up of photocopiers in the premises of the members of the group,

- the training of users in the premises of the members of the grouping,

- installing printing drivers on the client machines,

- installing a copy management software,

- the mphotocopiers,

- resumption of existing photocopiers.

The performance of services will lead to the award of contracts based on the framework agreement called:

- MS1: supply, installation and maintenance of photocopiers,

- MS2: supply of a copiers management software

Letter of application including:

- declaration on the honor duly dated and signed by the candidate for-justify that the candidate does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015, - - declaration on the honor duly date and signed by the candidate to justify being in rule at the under Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers, - in the case of a grouping, authorization of the- copy of the judgment (s) if the candidate is in receivership, - the candidates may rely on the DC1 form in force or equivalent.

- the statement concerning the turnover of the last 3 years,

- appropriate declaration of banks or proof of insurance for occupational risks,

- applicants can rely on the DC2 form vigueur ou -quivalent.

The public contract project to be submitted by each candidate includes the following documents:

The Particular Administrative Clauses (CCAP), dated and signed by the person duly authorized to represent the company signatory of the public contract

The Special technical clauses (CCTP), date and sign by the person duly authorized to represent the companysignatory of the public contract

Act of commitment of each member of the group of orders (3 in number), to be completed, dated and signed by the person duly authorized to represent the enterprise.

CRTF: framework of technical answer and to be completed, dated and signed by the person duly authorized to represent the firm.

The maintenance contract (s) to date and to be signed by the-person duly authorized to represent the company.

Change of the DCE: The public person reserves the right to make changes to the consultation file no later than 10 days before the deadline fixed for receipt of tenders. The candidates will then have to answer on the basis of the file mowithout being able to make any claim in this respect.
