The subject of the order includes the provision of full service on-site maintenance for a period of 1 year or until the estimated (maximum permissible) the public procurement of 5 Ricoh Aficio MP C 3500 copiers including all costs for normal ex(without delivery of stapler and paper), including:

The subject of the order includes the provision of full service on-site maintenance for a period of 1 year or until the estimated (maximum admissible) value of the 5-Our Ricoh Aficio MP C 3500 machines include all costs for normal operation and maintenance (without stapling and paper delivery), including: - initial inspection and inventory of machines, - counting of counters,

- consumables,

- wear parts, - spare parts, - labor and transport, - prevention, cleaning and adjustments.

The procedure may involve any Bulgarianor a foreign natural or legal person or their grouping which meets the conditions of Art. 10, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and the requirements of the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation a participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Act, the conditions under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economics Act(companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions and persons controlled by them can not, directly or indirectly, participate in the legal and financial relations with companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners (ZIFODRDIPRKLTTDS) the procedure, including through a civil society / consortium in which I studya company registered in a jurisdiction with preferential tax regime), as well as the circumstances under Art.
