The scope of the integrated printing, photocopying and scanning services framework (CPV code 79521000-2) involves the provision of maintenance for the printing-copying-scanning equipment already in use by the beneficiary, making available to the equipment beneficiarymultifunctional print-copy-scanning environments and their maintenance, supplies of consumables required for all printing, copying and scanning equipment, management of all these equipments by a unitary software solution and ensuring the continuity of the service delivery

Quantification of services and associated estimated values for subsequent contracts:

1) September - December 2018:

Subsequent contract 1 - minimum value 190 000, 00 RON (1 000 000 pages A4-black and white 200, 000 A4 color pages), maximum 550, 000.00 RON (3, 000, 000 A4 pages black and white 500, 000 color A4 pages)

2) January-December 2019:

Subsequent contract 2 - minimum value 550, 000, 00 RON (3, 000, 000 A4 pages black and white 500, 000 pages A4 color), maximum value 1, 650, 000.00 RON (9, 000, 000 pages A4 white / black 1, 500, 000 A4 color pages)

3) January - August 2020

ContractSubsequent 3 - Minimum value 360, 000.00 RON (2, 000, 000 A4 / A4 300, 000 A4 pages), maximum of 1, 100, 000.00 RON (6, 000, 000 A4 pages black and white 1, 000, 000 A4 color pages) .

The bidders, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided by art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. Will be filled in the statement on non-compliance in situprovided for in Art. 60 of Law no. 98/2006: Form 5 - will be completed by the bidder and associate / third party or subcontractor with the DUAE. The DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be presented, -at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked 1st in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the tenders. These documents may be: - - certificates for the absence of overdue debts, regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation;the judicial oversight of the economic operator and of the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within the economic operator as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / act constitutive,

- as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator canbenefits from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of the Public Procurement Law 98/2016, - other editing documents, as the case may be.

A certified statement issued by the Trade Registry Office (the information contained in the certificate must be actual / current at the time of presentation), of which to show that the tenderer has as principal or secondary activity the provision of the service• Foreign physical / juridical persons: Legally binding documents proving a form of registration in accordance with the legal provisions of the country where the tenderer has its registered office / place of business or affiliation, specifying the full name, registered office, authorized persons / administrators, domains of activity. The object of the contract must correspond to the domainof the activity mentioned in the document / documents.

The UAAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with the information related to their situation

Notes:

1) The Certificate of Attorney issued by the ONRC or, in the case of foreign tenderers, the documents equivalents issued in the country of residence are to be submitted at the request of the contracting authorityr by the tenderer ranked in the 1st rank in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders; 2) In the case of documents issued in a language other than the Romanian language, they shall be accompanied by the authorized translation into the Romanian language. over the last 3 financial years ended: 2015, 2016, 2017. The turnover must be at least equal to$ 800, 000.00. The RON / EUR equivalent will be achieved at the average annual rate communicated by the NBR for those years. Tenderers who have to convert currencies other than the RON in RON will use the annual average exchange rates set by the National Bank of Romania for those years.

For viewing the awarding documentation uploaded in SEAP, economic operatorsmust have a program to view the electronically signed files (this program being available free of charge on the websites of the electronic signature providers). The way of awarding the first ranked prizes with equal prices: the contracting authority will ask the tenderers for a new financial proposal through SEA and the contract will be awarded to the bidder whosethe new financial proposal has the lowest price. The documents issued by insurance companies and / or banks will be submitted in the form original. Documents issued by competent authorities will be valid on the date of their submission. In case of-the documents are issued in a language other than the Romanian language, they will be accompanied by a certified translation in Romanian.
