Criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administration, management or supervision body of the respective economic operator or of theor which have power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act. Completion of DUAE.
Where appropriate, documents proving that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2) and 171 of Law 98/2016. Completion of DUAE.
Other proven documentsin case, in case, in the country of origin or in the country where the candidate is established, no documents are issued for all the situations stipulated in the DUAE. A declaration will be accepted on its own responsibility or if in the respective country there are no provisions regarding the declaration on its own responsibility, an authentic statement both in front of a notary, of an administrative or judicial authoritye or a professional association that has competence in this regard.
These supporting documents will be presented by all the bidders who have the declared offer admissible in the intermediate ranking prepared at the end of the evaluation of the offers. Initially DUAE will be completed.
Documents issued in another language will be presented in the language in which they were issued, accompanied by an authorized translation inRomanian language. All the documents will have besides the signature, clearly mentioned and the name of the signatory person.
If the offer is submitted in the association, each associate, including the leader, will present DUAE. In case the person who signs the requested statements / forms is not the legal representative of the tenderer (leader, associate), a power of attorney will be attached to it.
Certifias a statement issued by ONRC from the territorial court. The information contained therein must be real at the time of presentation. The object of activity of the economic operator must have the corresponding CAEN code from the certificate issued by ONRC. Completion of DUAE. The supporting documents will be presented only at the request of the contracting authority by all the bidders who havethe offer declared admissible in the intermediate ranking drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the offers, in original / legalized copy / legible copy "according to the original". to a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a pro associationfessionals that has competence in this regard, from which it can be seen that the economic operator is registered and which is its object of activity.
The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with the winning economic operator of each batch of products. The contracting authority will subsequently award subsequent contracts quarterly, monthly or as often as necessary without resumingompetitiei.
