1. The subject of the order is: delivery of medicinal products -78 tasks, the detailed description and scope of which are included in Annex 1-78 to the ToR.

The condition will be fulfilled by a Contractor who has the authorizationto conduct specific activities or activities which are the subject of this proceeding, i.e. having the Permission of the Main Pharmaceutical Inspector to operate a Pharmaceutical Warehouse or other equivalent document. (EU) 2016/7 of 5 January 2016 NOTE! EAT must be sent together with the offer in the form of an electronic document with a qualified electronic signature (in accordance with the rules for submitting the offer described in part XI of the Terms of Reference)
