Framework Agreement for the supply of medication with active ingredient Rituximab to the centers affiliated with the Healthcare Logistics Platform of Cordoba.

- Total Budget: 4 469 718.24 EUR (VAT included).

The economic and financial solvency will be accredited according to Article 87.1.a) of the LCSP, through a declaration of the annual turnover in the area to which the contract refers, for an amount equal to or greater than a quarter of the estimated maximum value of the lots atTender, referred to the year of greatest volume of business of the last 3 completed. The volume of business will be credited through the deposit of annual accounts in the Official Registry and the individual entrepreneurs not registered through their inventories and annual accounts books legalized by the Mercantile Registry.
