CPV Description: The Framework Agreement will include the amount of Pharma Pharmaceutical Products - Anticipated Minimum / Maximum Estimates to be acquired over a 24-month period on the basis of the subsequent contracts, depending on the budget allocated and in function The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requestsclarification / additional information submitted within the deadline for submitting clarification requests. Own Income
Offercounter-claims, third parties and subcontractors must not be found in the situations provided by art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. The manner by which the fulfillment of this requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.their assumed by the DUAE are: a private certificate of absence of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget at the time of presentation, the criminal record of the economic operators and the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the economic operator, or those who have power of representation, offoreign control or control within it, as evidenced by the ORC certificate.
The documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166, paragraph 2, art.171 of Law 98/2016. The documents shall be presented at the request of the contracting authority, in original or in a copy certified according to the original, by the tenderersplaces I, II and III in the intermediate rankings.
The foreign legal / natural persons wishing to participate in the procedure will present any editorial documents issued by the competent authorities of the country in which they are resident, proving the fulfillment of the required, translated in Romanian by an authorized translator.
