Participants are registered as traders under the Bulgarian legislation or under the legislation of a Member State of the European Union or a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and have the right to carry out:wholesale of medicinal products in accordance with LMPHM standards. Participants should hold a valid Authorization for wholesale and / or import of medicinal products issued by the BDA or a regulatory body of another Member State in accordance with Chapter IX of LMPHM - Wholesaling of medicinal products, - Wholesale of medicinal products products containing narcotic substances, according to art. II-and III under Art. H, item 2 and item H of the Ordinance on the Order for Classification of Plants and Substances as Narcotic Drugs in Accordance with the Laws of the Public Health Act, when they participate in OPs of OP No 25, 27, 34. Participants should hold a valid License issued under Art. 32. To demonstrate compliance with the stated requirements, the participants should indicate the necessary information in EEDOP - item 1) of the-Table A: "Fitness", Part IV "Selection Criteria"
