Tender for the supply of Marine Gas Oil (MGO) to the Faergeselskabet Laes0 K / S. The Laes0 K / S ferry company, owned by Laes0Municipality, operates 2 ferries sailing between Frederikshavn and Vester0. The supply of marine gas oil is therefore continuously distributed throughout the year. The present contract covers only the supply of marine gas oil (MGO) to the ferry operation and deliveries to the ferries. The contract has a duration of 2 years starting on 1 January 2020 through 31 December 2021 with an option for an extension of 1 year.The service provided relates to the supply of marine gas oil for use as fuel in the reading process. Deliveries mainly take place in Frederikshavn and to a lesser extent at Laes0 and other locations in Denmark. The service offered includes a contract for the supply of a minimum of 1 500 000 liters of standard marine gas oil per year. years of the type (DMA ISO 8217: 2017 or equivalent) with a density of max 860 kg / m3 and asulfur content of max 500ppm. The contract has a duration of 2 years starting from 1.12020 through 31.12.2021 with an option for an extension of one year. The supply of marine gas oil is continuously distributed throughout the year. Please refer to the draft contract for a specification of the requirements for delivery.

The tenderer must disclose the tenderer`s equity for the most recent financial year. The information providedes by completing the ESPD Part IV Title B.

Tenderers who are in one of the compulsory grounds for exclusion in Sections 135 and 136 of the Tendering Act are barred from submitting tenders. In addition, participation in the tendering process is excluded if the tenderer is in one of the voluntary grounds for exclusion in section 137 (2) of the Tendering Act. 1. The tenderer must declare that the tenderer does not approveenters into one of the compulsory grounds for exclusion in sections 135 and 136 of the Tendering Act or in the voluntary grounds for exclusion in section 137 (1) of the Tendering Act. 1, paragraphs 1 and 2. The declaration is made by completing ESPD part III, sections A, B and C.
