Initial situation:
The client commissioned BBG with the implementation of a follow-up procedure for fuel procurement. The currently applicable framework agreement for fuel procurement runs until 14.12.2018. A connection supply with 15.12.2018 is absolutely necessary since it concerns with the offerers exclusively around international corporations, which without-Since the customer is based in Kaernten, the follow-up procedure with the BBG-GZ 2801.03198 was published on 26.9.2018 via the procurement platform of the state of Kaernten (ANKOe).
Within the framework of a routine registration in the BBG systems could not be found in the TED ABI number and it turned out thatThe procedure was never published by the Kaerntner procurement platform EU-wide. Due to the non-remediable formal error, the procedure started was revoked.
In order to ensure the security of supply of the client, a shortened offer period acc. BVergG 2018 - 74 Z 1 of 15 days applied. Should there be a supply gap-it does not guarantee that the community can fulfill its tasks within its own sphere of influence (see Kaerntner Allgemeine Gemeindeordnung (K-AGO), - 10).
