Non-cash purchases of fuels by means of fuel cards

The subject of the order is cashless fuel purchases (hereinafter referred to as fuel), where the bidder buys for the buyer to provide fuel - unleaded automobile gasoline-and diesel fuel complying with the requirements set by the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic No. 53/2004 Coll., which lays down requirements for fuel quality and keeping records of fuels, is delivered on the principle of accepting the applicant's fuel payment card as a means of non-cash payment for take the fuel at the pumping stations of the applicant in the Slovak Republic, or its contractual partners in the Czech Republic, the Republic of Austria and the Republic of Hungary.

The supply of unleaded petrol must meet the minimum functional, overhead and technical requirements and qualitative parameters in accordance with STN EN 228. Supply of diesel fuel must meet the minimum functional, overload and technical requirements and qualitative parameters inaccording to standard STN EN 590. Supply of unleaded petrol and diesel fuel to service trucks of the buyer with an estimated volume of 60, 000 liters of diesel fuel and 180, 000 liters of unleaded petrol

It is required to submit original or verifiable copies of all the documents listed under this point, of a person's status under Section 32 (1)Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), which it proves pursuant to Section 32 2 of the Act, respectively. ods. 4 and para. 5 of the Act.

Proofs proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions under - 32 par. 1 may be replaced in accordance with - 152 of the Act of Confirmation.
