Risk prevention training related to asbestos for the agents of the city of Istres. city of Istres (area not proposed by the National Center for the Territorial Public Service (CNFPT)), a trainingterritorial public service. The framework agreement without minimum or maximum is passed pursuant to Articles 78 and 79 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. This is a multi-attribute framework agreement. It will therefore be allocated to 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). This framework agreement will be executed through subsequent marches. He will givethe subsequent markets which will be executed by means of promissory notes signed and notified by the contracting authority.

The purpose of this Subsequent Framework Agreement is to provide risk prevention training related to Asbestos agents of the city of Istres (area not proposed by the National Center of the Territorial Public Service (CNFPT)), a training body for territorial civil servants. The framework agreement without minimum or maximum is passed pursuant to Articles 78 and 79 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. This is a multi-attribute framework agreement. It will therefore be allocated to 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). This Framework Agreement will bexecute via subsequent steps. It will give rise to tenders for competition via the subsequent contracts which will be executed by means of promissory notes signed and notified by the contracting authority.
