Supply of computer hardware and software for the University of Humanities Of nature Jan Długosz in Częstochowa

Task 1:

stationary computer sets, monitors and office software

The scope, quantity and requirements regarding the subject of the order are specified in Annex 2 to the ToR, assortment and price form, and the requirements indicated therein, should be treated as a definition of the required minimum level of requirementsspeaking must be brand new, full-fledged, free from defects and damage, without prior operation.

The license for the supplied software allows for indefinite (lifetime) use, without internet access (standalone software version - installed on the workstation), with a one-time payment for licenses .

Required minimum warranty period:

a) in the scope of task No. 1 item1-13 and tasks 1 pos. 15-18 - 24 months,

b) in the scope of task No. 1, item 14 central unit of a desktop computer 24 months, disks 60 months.

The scope of the contract includes delivery of the contract to the Employer (Częstochowa area).

Required deadline for completing the order: up to 30 days from the date of the contract.

Other terms of the contract in accordance with the projectof the contract, Annex 6 to the ToR.

1. Contractors who demonstrate:

1.1. May apply for a public contract. There are no grounds for excluding the Contractor from the procedure pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 1 point 12-23 of the PPL Act;

1.2. There are no grounds for excluding the Contractor from the procedure pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 item 1 of the Public Procurement Law

1. The Employer requires that the bid security be secured.

The Employer requiressecurity for the tender offer. The Contractor is obliged to provide a deposit:

For task No. 1 - PLN 7, 000.00;

For task No. 2 - PLN 900.00;

For task No. 3 - PLN 500.00.
