The subject of the order is the delivery of computer equipment for a sales office to the vocational training studio in the High School Complex in Ornontowice. Scope of orders includes: Delivery to the Team High School in Ornontowice: Stanowiswith a complete set of equipment including a waiter's cash register, a terminal with network software, consisting of: POS touch terminal 1 pcs. USB voucher card 1 pc. Bon voucher 1 pc. Fiscal printer 1 pc. Touch monitor for KDS Computer for application and database data 1 pc. Monitor for computer application 1 pc. Palmtop - 2 pcs. Waiter pagersich (1 Transmitter, 2 pagers) 1 set. Software together with implementation and training services. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 7 to the ToR.
The Contractor's obligation is to provide the equipment as described, its unloading, bringing, unpacking, setting, connecting, commissioning. The minimum warranty period for the subject of the order is 36 months from-on the day of signing the acceptance protocol.
1. Contracts may be applied for by contractors who:
1.1. are not subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 and art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Act.
They meet the following conditions for participation in the proceedings. The Awarding Entity does not specify the conditions for participation in the proceedings regarding: competences or entitlements to conduct a specific professional activity, situationeconomic or financial, technical or professional capacity.
2. The contracting authority may exclude the contractor at any stage of the procurement procedure.
3. Contractors may jointly apply for a contract. Contractors appearing jointly must establish a representative to represent them in the proceedings for the award or representation in the procedure and conclusion of the contractregarding the public order, and its authorization must be documented by a power of attorney / authorization signed by authorized representatives of all contractors acting jointly. The relevant power of attorney / authorization should be submitted together with the offer.4. The Awarding Entity will exclude contractors from the proceedings:
4.1. who will not prove that there are no grounds for exclusion regarding themthey in art 24 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
4.2. to which the exclusion referred to in Article 24 (5) point 1 is present: in relation to which the liquidation has been opened, the court will be satisfied in the restructuring proceedings by liquidation of its assets or the court ordered the liquidation of its assets pursuant to art. . 332 par. 1 ujoints of 15.5.2015. 6. Contractor who is subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 and 14 and 16-20 or paragraph 5 point 1, may provide evidence on to that the measures taken by him are sufficient to demonstrate its reliability, in particular to prove compensation for damage caused by a crime or fiscal offense, financial compensation for damage suffered or remedied, an exhaustive explanation of the facts and cooperation with law enforcement agencies and taking specific technical and organizational measures and human resourcesthose that are appropriate to prevent further offenses or fiscal offenses or incorrect conduct of the Contractor. 8. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of applying the procedure described in art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law, so-called reverse procedure. The ordering party will first evaluate the offers, and then examine whether the contractor whose offer has beenassessed as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
8.1. e) Your personal data will be stored in accordance with Article 97 section 1 of the PPL Act, by-4 years from the date of completion of the contract award procedure, and if the duration of the contract exceeds 4 years, the retention period covers the whole duration of the contract; f) the obligation to provide your personal data directly the average of your concerns is a statutory requirement set out in the Public Procurement Law, related to participation in the public procurement procedure; konsthe exclusion of specific data results from the Public Procurement Law; g) with regard to your personal data, the decisions will not be taken in an automated manner, the application to art. 22 RODO;
