The subject of the public offer is the manufacture and supply of plastic personalized VZP CR ( "Passes"), including related services, ie the supply and transmission of postal distribution cards(hereinafter referred to as the "postal service provider"), the destruction and the ecological destruction of the passes which the sponsor returns to liquidation, as well as the passes which are returned to the selected participant as non-delivery by post. sending the information via the specified data interface via the VZP CR Portal or its equivalent (see Appendix 3 of- Main site: Czech Republic

The subject of the public procurement is the manufacture and supply of plastic personalized ID cards of VZP CR insured persons (also "licenses"), including the related services, ie the prepaid and surrender of distribution cards by the postal service provider, (hereinafter referred to as the "postal service provider"), the destruction and the ecological destruction of the passes which the sponsor returns for disposal, as well as the passes which are returned to the selected participant as non-delivery by mail, as well as the transmission of the information in the stipulated data interface via Portal VZP CR or its equivalent (see Appendix 3 of the Invitation DocumentThe supplier proves the fulfillment of the professional competence in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting a commercial listing or other similar register if another legal regulation required to be entered in such a register requires pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the ZZVZ.
