Has made or produces patent applications in UPRP, PCT, EPO, minimum of 15 patent applications, national orOf at least 5 mentioned areas: biotechnology, chemistry, electronics, pharmacy, material engineering, mechanics within the last 3 years before the deadline for submission of tenders, and if the period of activity is shorter in that period; Has led to the grant of patents in the UPRP, PCT, EPO minimum of 2 patents, domestic or foreign, with at least 5 exchangesIn the fields of biotechnology, chemistry, electronics, pharmacy, material engineering, mechanics in the last 3 years before the deadline for submission of tenders, and if the period of activity is shorter in that period; Demonstrate that at least 38 patent applications described in Section 2.3.1 and at least 5 granted patents described in 2.3.2 are / are performed forDue to the high scientific level and high level of inventiveness of reported results on the EaP); 2.3.4. Will order the suitably qualified persons, [persons who will be participating in the performance of the order, have the required current authorizations in accordance with the law of April 11, 2001 on patent attorneys.
