Framework agreement on the hardware and software evolution of the system for assistance to the operation and information of travelers in the Toulon mixed transport network

The purpose of this framework agreement is to object the acquisition of embedded systems (calculators, desks, passenger counting, etc.) to manage the obsolescence of installed materialson existing vehicles and equip the future vehicles of the fleet of the Toulon transport network between 100 and 150 vehicles will be equipped at least and as an indication within the framework of the present framework agreement.

The object of this framework agreement is the acquisition of embedded systems (calculators, desks, passenger counting, etc.) to manage the obsolescence of installed materialson existing vehicles and equip the future vehicles of the fleet of the Toulon transport network between 100 and 150 vehicles will be equipped at least and indicatively within the framework of this framework agreement.

It is requested a declaration concerning the number of vehicles. global business and turnover in supplies, subject of the framework agreement, books over the last three yearsavailable exercises (or form DC2 version April 2019). The applicant can justify its financial capacity by any other document considered as equivalent by the contracting entity.

The Metropole of Toulon Provence Mediterranee, recipient of the hardware and software evolution of the system of assistance to the exploitation and the information of the travelers of the Toulon network, is chargedthe organization or operation of a public transport network within the meaning of Article L. 1212-3-4 of the Public Order Code. Consequently, the present consultation is passed according to the procedure with negotiation of the article L. 2124-3 and R. 2124-4 of the code of the public order. The estimated value is calculated for the total duration of the framework agreement.his. This framework agreement is passed without a minimum amount. The estimate of the estimated value of the benefits, subject of the framework agreement, does not constitute a contractual commitment of orders. This framework agreement will be executed by means of purchase orders. This CSLA is a bid submission and not a bid submission. No specifications will be submitted at this stage of the procedure. The cCharges will only be given to companies whose application has been selected. The application or the tender which will be delivered after the deadline of submission of the candidatures or the offers will not be retained.
