Purchase of factory new passenger cars for the needs of the Transport Directorate at Sofia Municipality by separate positions

Delivery of 6 factory cars for the needs of the Transport Directorate at the Sofia Municipality, respectively 3 pieces of "sedan" type or a limousine type and 3 sedan or hatchback types with specifications as specified in the technical specification

Delivery of 3 factory new cars, sedan or limousine type, with 4 or 5 doors, 4 1 seats, minimum engine capacity 1 900 cc, minimum power 170 hp, fuel - gasoline, greenhouse gas emission limit of at least euro 6 - according to the technical specification.

It is the contractor`s duty to performand registration of the vehicles in the traffic police.

The assignor does not set requirements for suitability (legal capacity) for performing professional activity.

The assignor does not set requirements for the economic and financial status of the participants.

1. For the participants in the procedure, the grounds for removal referred to in Art. 54, para. 1, Vol. 1, Vol. 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 4 of the Public Procurement Act.

2. Participants shall not be subject to the prohibitions set out in Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their real owners (ZIFODREPDRKLTDS), as well as Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Forfeiture of Illegal Acquisition ActToto property (ZPKONPI).

3. The performance guarantee is 5% of the contract value excluding VAT (without the option). The guarantee shall be presented in one of the following forms: monetary amount; Bank guarantee; insurance that enforces enforcement by covering the contractor`s liability. The Contractor is obliged to maintain a valid guarantee for the performance of the service in the above mentioned doothief size and term.

4. The payment for the agreed types of activities shall be made by bank transfer as specified in the draft contract.

5. When submitting a tender, the tenderer declares that there are no grounds for removal by providing a single European procurement document (EDES).

6. In accordance with Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act the contracting authority may require the participants in any of the cases- submit all or part of the documents proving the information specified in the EDES, where this is necessary for the lawful award of the contract.

7. According to Art. 112, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, before the conclusion of the contract, the contracting authority requires the tenderer designated as a contractor to provide documents certifying that there are no grounds for removal from the procedure. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any.
