CFF Limmattal marshalling yard (RBL) - partial renewal of the switching equipment and sorting technique

Services relating to the installation of partial renewal of the maneuvering device and sorting technique are assigned for afive year period and maintenance for an additional twenty year period.

Main Site: CFF The Limmattal marshalling yard.

The services relating to the installation of partial renewal of the maneuvering device and the sorting technique are allocated for a period of five years and to maintenance for a period of twenty more years.

1) Deliveries:

- replacementing of the maneuvering device for eighteen reception lanes, two hump lanes and sixty four direction lanes;

- outdoor installation: replacement of rail contacts, radars, weighing device, light barriers;

- braking device control (three levels);

- control of transport trolleys and drive unit power electronics relative to pour sixty four transport trolleys;

2) Connection:

- to the current radio locomotive remote control;

- the current wagon management system;

- to the current SPDRS-CFF interlocking device;

- for a supplier view of the ordering system, please refer to ch. 1.7.1 and a delivery overview relating to the services to be provided is shown in ch. 1.6.

- cq1: referen projectthis completion, carried out during the last ten years and comparable with the present market on the following points:

- route control;

- brake and pump control for jaw track brakes;

- control of brakes by means of the converter for electrodynamic track brakes;

- interfaces to neighboring interlocking devices;

- this requirement applies to the phaseof implementation;

- the reference must indicate all the subjects listed. If necessary, two of the references for this proof should be presented.

This applies to the implementation phase. Indication of a reference to the planning phase will not be accepted. Reference projects must be supplied by the supplier himself and not by subcontractors;

- cq 2: confirmation ofe the guaranteeing institute that in the event of contract award, the required guarantee service may be provided before the conclusion of the contract. The annual volume of the market / project must not exceed 30% of the average turnover of the last three years;

- cq 3: proof of quality management according to the company ISO 9001 or a equivalent certification;

- cq 4: the tendererI certify that it has an ISO 14001 or similar environmental management system (company policy or environmental policy; supporting documents for taking environmental aspects into account in product development; report of an internal environmental audit; controls, etc.);

- cq 5: signed certificate of implementation conditions in accordance with the social code andamfori BSCI conduct, or proof of the existence of a comparable certified standard for production activities (for example SA8000);

- cq 6: the tenderer must be able to demonstrate his experience in carrying out projects in German.

- other information: a site visit is scheduled on 22.4.2020 before the bidders` question and answer session. Due to the current situation related to the coronavirus, it should be examined whether it is possible to carry out the site visit / the presentation of tenders. An alternativewill eventually be offered or the site visit will simply be deleted. The information is communicated to all interested parties who have already downloaded the file on SIMAP;

- indication of the means of appeal:

—— other indications in accordance with article 30 LMP, the present decision can be attacked, within twenty days from its publication in the administrative courttif federal, PO Box, 9023 St. Gallen;

The postage stamp or receipt (barcode) of a Swiss post office is proof of the replacing the offer within the agreed time, as well as, for foreign bidders, the acknowledgment of receipt of a Swiss diplomatic or consular representation.
