The offer includes the delivery of interior design and building of disabled persons in accordance with section 114 of the Service Act. All products and services covered by this offer are in accordance with section 112 (1) of the Services Act. 3, subject to the rules on freedom of choice. The tenderer must meet the following minimum requirements for the economic and financial form, cf. section 142 of the Public Procurement Act: - Positiv equity in the last 3 years or completed accounts with positive equity from new business.
Tenderer must disclose this in ESPD's section: 'Selection'.
Tenderer must confirm that tenderer is not covered by the mandatory grounds for exclusion in section 135 of the Public Procurement Act, PCS. 1 to 3 and 136 (see ESPD's section: "Exclusion").
