Procurement of Operation and Care of Frognerparken [Frogner Park]

Bymilj0etaten [the Agency for Urban Environment] comes under Byradsavdeling [the Department of Environment and Transport] and is responsible, amongst other things, for the planning, development and operation of parks, recreational areas and municipal roads and streets. Responsibility for environmental health protection (air, noise, water, soil), which is not of a medical nature, also lies with the contracting authority.

Bymilj0etaten [the Agency for Urban Environment] comes under Byradsavdeling [the Department of Environment and Transport] and is responsible, amongst other things, for the planning, development and operation of parks, recreational areas and municipal roads and streets. Responsibility for environmental health protection (air, noise, water, soil), which is not of a medical nature, also lies with the contracting authority.

The contracting authority will procure a professional grounds-keeper/contractor for the care and operation of Frognerparken [Frogner Park].

The contract includes operation and care of summer flowers, shrubs, lawns and trees, summer and winter operation of roads and spaces, operation of fountains and benches, and waste management.

Requirement:

— tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation:

— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,

— foreign companies: a verification showing that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement:

— the tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract,

— the tenderer shall be creditworthy.

Documentation:

— the company`s annual financial statements for 2018, 2017 and 2016, including notes, the Board`s Annual Report and Audit Report, as well as recent information of relevance to the company`s fiscal numbers,

— credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures.

The contracting authority reserves the right to collect credit evaluations.

If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority (for example a newly started business), the tenderer can document their economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
